Aviation Professionals, Air Traffic Controllers, Air Traffic Management Experts and Project Managers
Lockheed Martin UK - Integrated Systems & Solutions has a number of Contracting positions in the UK and Europe and is currently looking for experienced Aviation Professionals, Air Traffic Controllers, Air Traffic Management Experts and Project Managers with a variety of industry background and skills including:
Airspace Management:
- Regulations Monitoring
- Navigation and Certification support, Certification standards and monitoring requirements, Standardisation and safety monitoring
- Aircraft Operators National Airworthiness Authorities and Associations, Development of aircraft monitoring requirements Equipment and retrofit requirements
- JAA/EASA/FAA/EUROCONTROL, ICAO Working Groups
- Knowledge of the functions/organisation of air traffic services in Europe
- Understanding of operational requirements of civil and military airspace users
- Knowledge of ICAO Standards/Practices, Procedures for Air Navigation Services (PANS).
Safety and Quality:
- Developing, implementing and maintaining Quality, Safety Management, ATC Safety assessments and reports
- Safety monitoring
- Validation and verification of safety assessment reports
- Risk assessments
- ATS safety management in relation to new ATM procedures and separation minima
- Safe operating practices
- Human factors principles
Environmental:
- Environmental impact assessments
- Environmental systems knowledge including manuals, instructions, procedures and training programs.
Economic:
- Economic impact assessments (Cost Benefit Analysis)
- Business Case Development
General:
- Project Management
- Report writing
- Presentation skills
