Quality/Business Improvement Expert

Lockheed Martin UK - Integrated Systems & Solutions are looking for an experienced Quality/Business Improvement expert with significant experience of implementing quality management approaches and implementing EFQM Excellence Model or ISO9001, to work on site with one of our major aviation partners based in Belgium.
The position involves facilitating and supporting a stakeholder group of quality professionals based across Europe and also facilitating and supporting internal improvement projects, following up on improvement initiatives and assessing quality in terms of processes, tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- High-level skills in facilitating improvement projects at both organisational & operational level;
- Action orientated professional with successful background in improving organisational performance;
- Extensive experience in the implementation of ISO9001 or the EFQM Excellence Model or similar approaches is essential;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking, project management & presentation skills;
- Experience of working in a pan-European public sector organisation would be an advantage;
- Strong command of English (written & oral) required and a working knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage.
