Japanese Technology and American construction materials created this showpiece in the centre of Kuala Lumpur's "golden triangle" business district. The 36-storey commercial office building combines the latest construction and high tech finishes with computer-integrated systems designed to control air-conditioning, elevators and security. It is the first "intelligent" building in Malaysia. Polished granite and curved glass interiors in the foyer and the use of granite and polished stainless steel finishes throughout make the offices stunning examples of modern design. The building also features a glazed-dome conference centre at roof level.
