The Company’s Consultants have provided technical support, over many years, to the UK Integration Authority, Operational Requirements staff and Ministry of Defence (MOD) Project Offices for the maintenance and development of NATO TDL Standards documentation.

  • Comment Sheets and Working Papers to assess the impact on current/planned UK TDL implementations and operational procedures.

  • Production of DLCP solutions and provision of direct support at international and national TDL meetings.

The Tactical Data Link Standards Policy specifies the documents that define bit-oriented tactical communications between co-operating tactical platforms.

Lockheed Martin UK - Integrated Systems & Solutions has comprehensive expertise in this area, having developed and produced, on behalf of the Integration Authority, the majority of UK TDL Standards documents, including generic TDL Interoperability Requirements and Interface Requirements Specifications (IRS) and specific Platform Implementation Difference Documents (PIDD).
